Welcome to the "La Maison du Bourg" gîte. Located on the ground floor of a traditional Mayenne house, this gîte offers comfort and tranquility while being at the heart of local life. Another gîte is located upstairs, and the owners live at the rear. Designed for 4 people, it includes: a bedroom with three beds, a sofa bed in the living room, a bright open-plan living area with a lounge, living room, and kitchen, a shower room, and an outdoor terrace.
The gîte is situated in the very heart of the village of Louverné, directly in front of the church, which gives it charm and authenticity. A parking space is available right in front of the gîte.
Nearby: Laval, just 7 km away, with its shops, heritage sites, restaurants, and lively streets; and the Changé Golf Course, approximately 6 km away, for those who enjoy golf or a sporty walk. All local shops (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance.
An ideal place for a family weekend, a nature getaway, or a business trip.

Single-level accommodation: Living area (27.8 m²): fitted and equipped kitchen (sink, oven, 3-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender), living room with dining table, lounge area with sofa, armchair (converts into a single bed), and television. Opening onto a terrace (6.5 m²) with a small lounge area - Hallway: washer-dryer - Bedroom (13 m²): one double bed (140x190 cm) and one single bed (90x190 cm), wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, two French doors opening to the outside - Bathroom (6 m²): shower, sink, towel warmer, hairdryer, toilet.
Comfort: heating via heat pump and air conditioning in the living room.
Parking: one reserved space in front of the accommodation.
Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair (on request).
Amenities: a few board games, griddle.
