Welcome to Beach ’N View, a beautifully appointed third-floor oceanfront condo in the Windjammer community at Ocean Isle Beach. This two-level home offers sweeping ocean views, comfortable furnishings, and everything you need for a relaxing coastal escape.
Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths thoughtfully arranged across two levels. On the main level, one bedroom includes two double beds and a TV, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a single bed and a private half bath (toilet and sink). A full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located just outside the bedrooms. Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, private full bath, and access to a large street-side deck with patio furniture and a charming swing — the perfect spot to unwind with a book or evening breeze.
The open living area invites you to gather and enjoy the view from the private oceanfront balcony. The dining table seats four comfortably, and five additional barstools at the kitchen counter provide plenty of space for everyone to share meals together.
Guests enjoy modern conveniences including central heat and air, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, and elevator access. The community offers a seasonal oceanfront pool, outdoor showers, and a picnic area with Hibachi grills for casual cookouts by the water.

This property features keyless entry for effortless check-in. A three-night minimum stay is required before June 2 and after September 1. Pillows and bedspreads are provided; guests should bring or rent sheets, towels, and paper products. All properties are non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Parking regulations prohibit jet skis, boats, trailers, or golf carts on the premises.
Rates include all fees — no hidden costs.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.

Great space and location for our family of 5 adults (place could fit many more). Well stocked kitchen, linens, and comfortable beds. Host was very attentive, helpful and responsive. Easy access to the beach and the venue for our friends’ wedding. Covered parking was a plus since it was raining all weekend. Would stay here again!

We had a great vacation at the windjammer condo. Beautiful beach and awesome beach view from both decks. Very clean and Dave the host was great, We had a problem with bedroom TV and he offered to come help us but we figured it out with his direction. Luckily weather was beautiful. We always love OIB and we’ll be back.
