For guest and property security, one exterior camera is located on the side of the garage facing the circular driveway. The camera monitors outdoor areas only and does not view or record any interior spaces.

We had a wonderful time at the Nest in Heber Springs. The property borders the lake, which is just a one-minute walk from the back of the property. My children and our dog loved dipping their feet in the clear, warm water. Eden Isle Marina is just two miles away and has some great food options—we especially enjoyed the tacos, salad bowls, and desserts. From the marina, you can also buy any lake gear you may need, rent a pontoon boat, and feed the carp and turtles. The property was perfectly comfortable and well appointed. The upper deck is gated, so we were able to let our dog spend a good bit of time out there. We brought a lot of our own food, so having two refrigerators (one upstairs and one downstairs) was very convenient. The host was also very responsive. We highly recommend this lakefront property and hope to be back next year.

A wonderful and relaxing home. It’s only a short walk to the lake. The sunsets from the deck are beautiful. Melanie, thank you for being so responsive and helping our family. You made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Everything from the magnificent view to the hot tub to all the amenities was amazing! One of our best thanksgiving weekends ever and we loved this property immensely!!!“Heaven in the hills!”

We had the best time at this home. The location is great and right on the lake. It was a perfect size for our family. The back patio is fantastic with a great fireplace and hot tub! We will be back!
