You’ll step inside and be greeted by a warm cabin feel. The living room has a beautiful rock gas fire place and a smart tv above the mantel where you can stream your favorite shows after a long day of fishing on the Little Red River for the perfect catch of world class trout. On the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a queen size bed, fully functioning kitchen, and the master bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a quiet, loft bedroom with two twin beds.
When you’re not out on the river, you can relax on the newly updated deck enjoying the peaceful view, whether it’s morning, noon, or night, you’ll always enjoy watching the Little Red River float by. You can also walk down to the river and fish off the banks or hop in a boat and float down the river in search of your perfect fishing spot.
Located right on the banks of the Little Red River and a short drive into the heart of Heber Springs, Cabin #16 is a short walk from the Lobo Landing Marina and boat ramp. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Downtown Heber Springs where you’ll find restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, and a movie theatre. You can also rent kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards at Sulphur Creek Outfitters. There are also award winning trails located nearby that are excellent for a hike and to explore nature on dry land.
For your safety, we have an external security camera located on the front porch facing the door/entry gate on the deck.

My husband and I loved the homey cabin right on the river! Updated, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The wood on the vaulted ceilings and floors looked like something out of a magazine. The deck with outdoor couch and high top table overlooking the river was epic! Walk in access to the river just below the cabin! We will be back!
