The elegant City-Skydeck Penthouse is located on Kampstraße, right next to the historic Inselkirche—centrally located yet pleasantly quiet.
Its location on the 4th floor offers a sweeping view over the city’s rooftops.
The large City-Skydeck (rooftop terrace) is the highlight of the apartment: a high-end outdoor oasis with comfortable furnishings, tasteful landscaping, and pleasant lighting—perfect for breakfast in the sun, an evening sundowner, and the view of the church tower.
Inside, the apartment features clean lines, high-quality materials, and a modern, understated design. Walls and suspended ceilings are clad in natural spruce in select areas—creating a warm, serene atmosphere and a harmonious overall look. All furniture is custom-built by the carpentry shop: flush-mounted, offering ample storage, and visually minimalist. Everything is designed for relaxing stays—a private retreat above the city.
For longer stays, a washer and dryer (for shared use, for a fee) are available. A bike rack is located directly in front of the building. Thanks to the central location, cafés, restaurants, and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Note on the renovation:
In the winter of 2025/26, the entire building will be renovated; as part of this project, the City-Skydeck Penthouse will also be completely renovated—designed by a renowned interior architect with a focus on luxurious materials, aesthetic harmony, and the highest level of comfort. The goal is to create a timeless living space that uniquely combines functionality and design.
This will be a retreat for discerning guests in the luxury segment.
Please note: Remaining construction work in and around the house is scheduled for approximately between October 5 and November 30, 2027. This may result in some inconveniences for vacation guests, particularly noise. Since this is only final work, the impact should be minimal.
