The Marais Breton (Breton Marsh) offers its treasures during a stay in this small, traditional thatched cottage. Discover this natural area through the Le Daviaud Ecomuseum (4 km) or the Bourrine à Rosalie (7.3 km). You will have the opportunity to visit Fromentine (6.5 km) to enjoy the beach, the ferry terminal for the Île d'Yeu, and the bridge to the Île de Noirmoutier. You can also reach the latter by crossing the famous Passage du Gois (10 km). This single-story house comprises a living/dining/kitchen area with an insert fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room/WC. Outside, you will enjoy a private enclosed garden bordering a tidal channel, with a terrace, picnic table, barbecue, and pétanque court. You will also have access to a shared, enclosed parking area with another gîte. A children's play structure is also available. Another gîte is located on the property: H85G030643. It is possible to rent both accommodations together: H85G030645.
The traditional architecture of the bourrine (traditional Bourrine cottage) features small windows and low doorways. The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi access. The property is located next to a small road, which can be busy during peak hours. Baby equipment is available upon request.
Electric heating is included (bedroom and bathroom).

From the village of Beauvoir-sur-Mer, take the D22 towards Les Sables-d'Olonne for approximately 3.5 km. After the "Côté Marais" restaurant, turn left at the roundabout onto the D51. Continue for approximately 2 km, then turn right onto La Boissellerie. The gîte is 400 m on your left.
Coming from Saint-Urbain, take the D103 towards La Barre-de-Monts, until you reach the intersection with the D51. At the stop sign, turn left and then immediately right onto La Boissellerie. The gîte is 400 m on your left.
