Absolutely loved this property! It was clean, spacious, and pet friendly, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The host was courteous and very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely rent this property again.

We stayed for 3 nights in February. Host was kind and responsive. Property was well organized and comfortable, and the location (although) rural, was what we wanted--and very close (within 8 minutes) to the Crystal River waterfront/King's Bay area. We had two small dogs who were kept on a leash for walks outdoors. The manufactured home is relatively new and spacious, with an enjoyably large kitchen and dining area. Otherwise appointments are cheerful and simple. We made a few suggestions to the host upon leaving. Our only issue was that the property, like many nearby, is piped with well water, which we know is high in minerals and safely treated. We preferred to use bottled water for cooking/coffee/drinking. With three bedrooms and 2 baths, this property would be nice for a family or a group of friends, but seating in LR would be tight. Plenty of dining chairs, however.
