It accommodates up to 2 guests, making it perfect for couples, solo travelers, or business visitors. With a private kitchen and bathroom, it offers both independence and convenience. The location provides quick access to Westbahnhof (10 minutes on foot) and excellent metro connections (U3 & U6), ensuring that you can easily explore Vienna.
The bedroom is furnished with a spacious king-size bed (180x200 cm) and accommodates 2 guests comfortably. It includes a wardrobe, a dining/work table with seating, and a Smart TV with Netflix for entertainment. The windows face the street, allowing natural light during the day, but please note that occasional street noise may be heard.
The apartment features a private kitchen equipped with essential appliances such as a stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. Guests can prepare meals easily and enjoy them at the dining table located inside the apartment.
A washing machine is available inside the apartment for guest use, making it convenient for longer stays.
The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and premium toiletries. Towels, bed linens, shampoo, and shower gel are provided.
At full capacity, the apartment accommodates 2 guests in total.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire studio apartment to themselves, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. A shared backyard is available between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, which may be used by other residents as well. Please respect quiet times and the privacy of others.
