This peaceful, very sunny, refurbished accommodation offers you a relaxing stay for the whole family with its garden level overlooking the mountains and the city of Briançon.
It consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and the second 1 bunk bed, a bathroom, a cozy living room and a fitted kitchen.
Near the fortified city classified by UNESCO, at the gates of Serre che and 15 minutes from Montgenèvre .
the apartment has two private parking spaces.
A haven of peace with a magnificent view of the mountains .
Upon entering you will have an entrance with shoe closet and a wardrobe for jackets, then the room opens onto a cozy living room and its sofa with a view of the private garden and view of nature. The dining area is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, a large fridge freezer, a microwave and its round table for 4 to 6 people for family meals.
Then we enter the sleeping area where you will find a bedroom with a large bed of 1m60 with a mountain view and very bright, another bedroom with a double bed, its cupboard where a small washing machine is discreetly housed. Sheets provided
A nice walk-in shower room, and shower towels .
Do not forget its garden with very little vis-à-vis where you will find a table for your meals in the sun out of sight and the wind it is very warm for winter lunches .
From the apartment you can go skiing. By taking the bus a little further, about 5 minutes walk. Who takes you down On the ski lifts of Briançon. Or take your car and go up to ski at my Montgenevre and go drink a good little hot chocolate in Italy. You also have the resort of Serre Che, Villeneuve and Chamtemerle 10 minutes away by car. To visit the old town. You are there in 5 minutes on foot. UNESCO Listed.
Then you can go down to Briançon for a walk to discover the city, you can do it either on foot or by car. There are parking lots to park. This accommodations are close to the Écrins national park.
