This is the perfect retreat for couples looking to be somewhere central, yet still in a quieter part of the City. The apartment is located close to Gardens Centre, making shopping convenient and hassle-free. The apartment offers a loft-style living with a comfy queen-size bed as well as a fully equipped kitchen and communal pool which guests can make use of.
The Space
Cosy Loft apartment located in the heart of Oranjezicht, with a full kitchen and communal pool - We also offer an advanced AC system that heats and cools.
The apartment is fitted with a brand new air conditioner system that can cool during the hot Summer months and heat during the cooler Winter months. The aircon unit does have a wind-free setting and will automatically power down 30 minutes after the flat has been vacated.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the apartment during their stay
Other things to note
This is a self-catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel-quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary changeover.
ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process
The property is impacted by rolling blackouts/load-shedding and falls into zone 7. I suggest downloading the Eskom Se Push App to keep up to date on the schedule which often changes.
