The space
When you reach your mountain retreat, you'll discover a beautiful getaway spot that's centrally located and boasts stunning views. After a day of exploring, unwind by the cozy fireplace with a glass of wine. Create a culinary delight in the open kitchen. The well-lit dining area seats six and offers stunning views. If in the mood to grill, you'll love the gas grill and outdoor dining area. Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape or an adventure-packed vacation, Nature Bliss is the perfect place for you!
The Space:
This inviting two-bedroom, one-bathroom home is nestled less than 20 minutes from Asheville, 25 minutes from Hendersonville, and Brevard! After dinner, sit back and relax on the outdoor couch while watching the sunset and staying warm by the gas fire pit. Each room features a comfortable king or queen size bed, ample storage, and plenty of natural light. The house also offers a Tesla charging station so you can recharge your car while you relax after a long trip.
*Must be 25 years or older to rent
*The property has private entry and parking. There is an apartment downstairs with a resident couple who is only sporadically throughout the month. The apartment has its own drive and entry.

*Kitchen:
Large fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and ice maker. The dining room table seats up to 6 while the island offers 2 additional seats. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a complete meal to enjoy! Dishwashing soap and a first aid kit are stored under the sink.
*Bathroom:
Shower/Tub
Is fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, conditioner, blow dryer, and clean fresh towels and washcloths.
*Cleaning:
Washer and dryer are located in the entryway closet, fully stocked with paper towels, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, broom, and general cleaning supplies.
*Entertainment:
Smart TV in the living room allows you to stream all of your personal streaming services. Games and books are stored in the living room buffet for use during your stay.
*Outside:
There is an outdoor lounge area with a large couch, gas fire pit, gas grill, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy.
*Fires:
The fireplace is gas and is useable from October through April
*Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the main level of the property. The downstairs apartment includes separate parking and entrance. The indoor and outdoor property is yours to enjoy.
Quiet hours are 10pm-6am. While it may feel like you are alone in the woods, there are neighbors nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck are not tolerated during this time.
*Pets:
*We love furry friends and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay. The pet fee is $25 per per per day. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition
*VERY IMPORTANT:
No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and must leave if this happens.
Examples:
- Booking a stay with 4 people and inviting over 10 additional people to BBQ.
- Booking a stay with 4 people but using the house to hose a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, wedding shower, etc.
Our house rates are based on 4 guests. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. Undisclosed guests will be charged a rate of $100 per night.
