About this house rental
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Just a short walk to Red Rock beach. Oh so close to shops and cafes in Cowes.
The space
The new kitchen has stainless steel appliances and tiles island benchtops. The open-plan lounge, flooded with natural light, has two sofas for cozy rest and opens out to the front decks for the best of summer living. Also, three bedrooms with queen beds, two single beds in an open room, the perfect retreat for the kids. a central bathroom, a separate toilet, laundry.
Please note:
Although doonas and pillows are provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own linen & towels. If required, bed sheets, pillow cases and towels can be provided (on request) for an additional cost of $35 per bed + 15% Airbnb fees which contributes to (but doesn't fully cover) the costs of cleaners in changing sheets and dry-cleaning costs.
Guests must be over 25 unless accompanied by parents.

We are unfortunately not set up to accommodate end of school celebrations and have a strict over 25 yo policy. For this reason, we will require more guest details for any bookings over the November / December
