The host was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. It made our stay pleasurable. The unit is situated close to the reception and parking. We had access to all the facilities in Zimbali which was great.
The host was very helpful with cleaning requests to make our stay comfortable however the unit could use a deep clean. We couldn’t seem to get the aircon to work in the main area.

Location was amazing close to all amenities.
Host was extremely prompt in responding to any questions as well as very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend. WiFi connection good and tv provided access to online streaming platforms which was great.
The only small note if you are looking for more relaxation space the couch is quite compact. Other than that nothing to advise.
