Nice welcome goodies, space in the bathroom cabinet to put things, cozy feel of the space, easy parking, close to shops and take-away restaurants
Not so clear where the bins are or what can go into recycling (for international guests).
Finding the keys: the keybox is located next to the door of the apartment, not next to the main entrance. That was a bit confusing.

The front door lock worked well but took a couple of minutes to figure out how to lock it. An idiot's guide (like the excellent one for the coffee machine) would have helped.
The cabinet over the bathroom basin gets in the way a bit when cleaning teeth, shaving etc. Other than those minor points, it's all good!
