Apartmani Kolić

Abbiamo prenotato entrambi gli appartamenti di cui è composta la struttura, e si sono rivelati essere esattamente come descritti: ben arredati, pulitissimi, e completi di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza confortevole. I plus della struttura sono stati il meraviglioso terrazzo panoramico al piano superiore ed il portico protetto al piano terra, utile per essere sfruttato anche in caso di pioggia. Grazioso e curatissimo dai proprietari il piccolo giardino all'italiana. Gli appartamenti sono posizionati a 3minuti di auto dal centro di Rab ed a circa 500m da un supermercato. Presenti, cordiali e premurosi i proprietari. Una struttura da raccomandare sicuramente!

A parte la strada un po' stretta ed in salita per raggiungere la casa (tuttavia sicura ed asfaltata), nulla di negativo da segnalare.

It is a spacious apartment with good quality beds, all neccesary cooking equipment, multiple seating areas, a/c, outdoor terrace. The view from the terrace is great and the owner keep a stunning mediterranean garden. The owner was very kind. Groceries are 5 min away by foot.

A/C is in a weird position it doesn't really cool the bedrooms only the living room. If you blast it on MAX its fine. I would prefer to have some more basic amenities such as trash bags, toilet/kitchen paper rolls, kitchen cloths. The cost for them is very low and they allow the guests to keep the apartment clean during their stay much better.

Sipelgad igal pool. Toodi mürki ja ise pidime nendega tegelema. Kui teid ei häiri omanike pidev järelvalve/kontroll, siis on see koht teile sobilik. Eksitav info konditsioneeri kasutamise kohta. Pidev surve omanikult, seda mitte kasutada üle 5 tunni ööpäevas. Korra lülitati see isegi välja, kui ta arvas, et oleme seda liigselt kasutanud.
