O flat tem uma localização boa, bem na área nobre, bem perto da orla da praia ponta D'areia e lagoa jansen, dá pra ir andando de boa. Tem alguns restaurantes perto, uma padaria a 500 metros que na verdade é um mercado e tem essa padaria/lanchonete dentro, ela é bem bacana, é ótimo pra já comprar água e itens essenciais para a estadia. A cama é confortavel, o quarto em si estava limpo e as toalhas fornecidas para banho também. O anfitrião responde rápido as msgs e é bem educado.
O banheiro precisa ser modificado com urgência, pois tem bastante mofo na área do box nos rejuntes, o que causa o mal cheiro de mofo e incomoda bastante, principalmente para uma pessoa alérgica como eu. Também tinha um pouco de mofo ao lado da cama e algumas infiltrações. Senti falta de uma toalha de rosto e itens de higiene básicos no banheiro. Também faltou um detergente para lavar a louça, pois tem itens de cozinha mas não tem um detergente caso use.

O apartamento parecia que não havia sido devidamente limpo. Tinha recipientes de sabote, mas não havia nada. As paredes estão com infiltração próximo à cama
