Estava tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. Foi o local mais limpo que já ficamos. O espaço é muito bom pra duas ou até três pessoas, cabe mais gente se não se importarem com o especo. O banheiro é de um tamanho bem ok e o ar-condicionado funciona perfeitamente. A cozinha tem tudo que a gente precisava, dava pra cozinhar bem, a geladeira funcionava muito bem tb, as toalhas fornecidas estavam extremamente cheirosas. A entrada tb é fácil e tranquila.
A acomodação em si é ótima, mas os vizinhos são barulhentos e isso pode ser ruim se as pessoas forem como a gente que foi pra fazer concurso e precisava de silêncio. Os arredores do local também não são muito bons, não é um local turístico, mas é perto do centro e do buraco da Gia. Esse foi um ponto ok, mas fomos pegar um Uber no centro e ele se recusou a ir por causa do bairro. Porém, não tivemos outros problemas com Uber, na verdade todos eles vieram bem rápido (quando pedimos do local alugado).

Muito aconchegante. Nossa primeira viagem para Fortaleza foi muito melhor pela boa estadia. Casa estava super limpa. A anfitriã foi super gentil e prestativa.

Lugar limpo,funcional, agradável,cama confortável,próximo a praias,e ponto turístico, anfitriã super prestativa,uma pessoa muito atenciosa....super indico,se possível voltarei novamente.
