The facilities are really great. It is more of a medium-term rental property than a short-term hotel accommodation or anything, but we stayed there for three nights, which was totally possible as well. There is nice underground parking, so your car is in the shade all the time, and the rooms are quite spacious and modern. Also, there is air conditioning throughout, so you can make it as warm or cold as you like, also during the night. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and barbecue outside on the terrace, which we ultimately did not end up using. The swimming pool right in front of the apartment is great too. As well as the small but functional gym. And of course you can walk straight to the beach and the little town with a couple of great restaurants further down the road. They have a Whatsapp number you can contact for anything you might need during your stay and they are really responsive on there.

Two things that require some mentioning: - The garage is spacious. However, to drive into the garage, it is really tight to get in there, and I saw several cars struggling. Even with a normal car, you have to do it in several turns, not to hit any of the concrete poles or walls, but then, when you are finally in the garage itself, it is very spacious as it is quite deep. - After checking in, we discovered that the batteries of the TV remote were low, and the next morning the kids could not switch on the TV anymore, which is of course a big thing for them. When I reached out to the concierge service, who were "ready to help with anything" in their own words, they simply told me it was my problem to go and find new batteries and buy them somewhere in the supermarket in town. I asked them if they really meant that people should bring their own batteries or else they cannot use the TV. They confirmed this was the case. I found it very disappointing for a luxury apartment to not even provide some simple batteries. Worst case they could have gotten me some batteries from an empty apartment next door or something. Instead we had to go and visit some stores until we had the right batteries in place so the kids could watch TV again. For both of these points above I wouldn't call them a deal breaker though as the rest was really great.
