A stylish and compact studio accommodation that is good value.
Great location, quiet street. Cosy & warm with a modern feel to the interior and pleasant garden area for sitting outside. Comfy beds and modern but small bathroom. Ten mins from shops and cafes, a little further to town centre.
The cleanup from previous tenants left a something to be desired. Used towels and bedding on the floor, food crumbs on the floor under tables and more food remains in the sink. This was resolved quickly with call to management and a visit from the cleaner. However we had to vacate for an hour which wasn't ideal after a long journey prior to arrival. We were also offered a small refund for our inconvenience. So felt the issue was dealt with satisfactorily. The basic hygiene and overall cleanliness were good however the ceiling beams and paintings were still adorned with (months old) cobwebs, even after the cleaners second visit. Elsewhere; be-aware, It is advertised as a studio, therefore don't expect a kitchen, the only areas for food prep and pot washing are the tiny utility/storage room or the main living/sleeping space and the refrigerator is located in the bedroom, this may affect light sleepers.

The overall accommodation was excellent for my week long trip. It was always warm, plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great too. The location was very close to Frome's Town Centre, which was ideal for me.
A lack of conventional oven was a little restrictive although the description of the property didn't say this was available, so wasn't the fault of the host. The TV is also quite small and turning on for the first time was a bit of a fiddle. The entrance gate was also a bit of a pain on arrival although communication with the host was excellent and was rectified quickly.
