Seaside 2-Bed with Private Parking, on the Marina Front

The location was excellent in the Marina, walking distance to all amenities, shops, restaurants, woodland walks and very close to the sea. The property was neutrally decorated and functional for a modern cottage style UK property.

The kitchen had minimal utensils and no oven mitts. There was one tea towel. Saucepans were basic and there were no little extras. The coffee machine didnt work very well. Cheap toilet rolls. No welcome card. The shower door surround was dirty and the toilets were stained. The overall first appearance was lovely but just the small details would have made a difference. For the price of the cottage, I would have expected a little bit more.

Great location within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. Kitchen is compact, but very well equipped including some tea and coffee to get you started. Property was very clean.

We found the double bed too soft.

It was advertised as having a terrace, there was no terrace. It’s was advertised as having a sea view, only if you hung out of the window and looked to your left and you saw a glimpse of the sea. There was a smell of damp upstairs. Small bedroom window didn’t open. First aid kit was thrown on top of cupboards, we are in our late 70’s not ideal.
