L’absence de fenêtre ouvrant sur l’extérieur la fenêtre existante ouvre sur une cour fermée la seule ouverture liée à l’extérieur est la porte d’entrée

L'emplacement est vraiment top en plein centre ville. Dans une ruelle où le stationnement n'est pas payant. Pour un couple, c est parfait. Tout est à dispo même un ventilateur.
Le canapé n'est pas convertible comme indiqué dans l'annonce et manque un peu de luminosité. Juste pour y dormir, c'est parfait.
