Good location. Newly renovated room. Access to hot water.
The hotel advised the breakfast start time as 8:00 AM, which they pushed back to 8:45 AM. Later, they blamed us for not showing up on time.
When we arrived at the reception, I was told that they couldn't see my reservation on Booking. That shocked me. Later, they somehow found it on another internal website, after which I made the payment.
After the check-out, though, I got an email from Booking that the hotel had marked this reservation as a no-show and demanded that I pay the nightly fee, which I already had while checking in. After many emails back-and-forth with Booking Support, showing them the already paid receipt, I eventually didn't have to pay extra. However, this unscrupulous practice from the hotel shocked me, which is why I'll never stay here again.
