La propreté, les équipements neufs, la facilité d'accès avec passpass.
Tout était parfait, un ventilateur supplémentaire ou la clim serait appréciable par cette chaleur mais vous pouvez aller les yeux fermés chez Clem.

Logement tout neuf, c'est hyper mignon et impeccable, on s'y sent bien. Il y a tout en terme d'équipement. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Malgré l'absence de clim, le logement se rafraîchit bien la nuit grâce aux fenêtres traversantes.
Avec les fortes chaleurs nous avons dormi fenêtre ouverte et la rue est très bruyante tôt le matin. Vu le standing de l'appartement, un vrai volet côté coure serait un plus.

Calme, confortable, bien équipé, bien situé. Parking juste en face
Il manquait qq ustensiles pour cuisiner à 4. Le chauffe eau n'était pas allumé, j'ai pris une douche froide en arrivant mais celle du lendemain était bien chaude
