Good location, close to beach.
Comfortable bed.
Very spacious apartment.
Two TVs.
Separate ACs for living- and bedroom.
Main areas, towels, sheets etc. relatively clean.
Little self service shop and laundromat in building.

Cockroaches in closets in every room.
Weak wifi. Apartment didn't have its own proper wifi, you had to use the condominium wifi and log in several times.
TV control in living room didn't work.
Regarding wifi and and TV control we've contacted the owner on booking app and didn't get any answer. Only after contacting on WhatsApp they told us to use the TV control from the bedroom.
As others have already pointed out: the outside AC unit is in the bathroom in the shower. The room heats up like a sauna.
The gym is very neglected, see pictures, and there's very little equipment in general.
Many fire protection doors in the buildings staircase aren't closing properly, potentially very dangerous.
Very little cutlery/dishes.

Da localização, do segurança e facilidade de acesso ao prédio pós cadastro da facial. Flat super confortável, aconchegante e bem limpo.
Não gostei tanto das maquinas do ar condicionado ficarem no banheiro, esquenta muito, contudo não me incomodou tanto, quando ia utilizar o ambiente desligava o ar condicionado por um momento!

Otima localização perto de tudo principalmente da feirinha de boa viagem e da praia muito bom com certeza vo voltar
Falta mas equipamento pra cozinha . Muito pouca coisa. Pra cozinha como panela e e outros objetos ao não ser isso estava tudo perfeito

Limpeza a desejar. Paredes infiltradas. Colcha de cama com cabelos. Manta com cheiro de suor. Baratas francesinhas na sala.
