A localização era excelente. O condomínio era muito bom, com mercado, vários elevadores. Também foi fácil o acesso, pegando a chave de forma autônoma. A entrega também foi bem simples. Também haviam utensílios de cozinha, chaleira elétrica que facilitou. Sugiro deixar disponível uma forma de pizza.
Não gostei do cheiro que estava de fumaça no apartamento. Fiquei eu e minha mãe por 4 dias, e mesmo fechando a churrasqueira, o cheiro do apartamento não saiu durante todo o período. Havia também um vazamento na pia. O sofá cama não é confortável se for para dormir nele. As cortinas não conseguem amenizar muito a claridade.
