I liked the apartment. Modern and nicely furnished, with all the equipment that you need. Lovely living room, with a good dining table, and a nice TV. Great pressure for the water, instant hot water, great shower and shower head. Nice neighbours. Internet available. You can plug a LAN cable if you need to. Good speed.

Pillows were the worst. Not supportive at all. The bedroom is on the small side. We slept on the sofa, in the living, because was a bit more spacious. The mattress had a topper that we moved on the sofa to make it more comfortable, otherwise you can feel the gap in the middle of it. I didn't like that the flat was managed by a company. You have to call a number going to a centre and have to wait for someone to answer. On the positive note, they answered quickly and were helpful with information. Whilst I liked the location, the flat is facing the main road, one of the busiest. Many cars, trams and often emergency services with sirens on, day or night. You could hear a lot and was rather disturbing. For the noise alone, I would search for something more concealed and closer to the metro station.

Stayed with my boyfriend in January, lovely host and easily accommodated this last minute change! Very convenient location, close to shops and restaurants, not far from the beautiful town. Felt safe and would happily stay again alone as a woman from the Uk. Apartment was quiet, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the decor!

The location is excellent. The bed is very comfortable, and even the sofa bed is surprisingly good. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a grocery store nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center by tram, with a stop conveniently located right in front of the apartment. Overall, it is a good place to stay, and the view from the balcony is fantastic.

I paid for accommodation for four people, but it took two days to receive enough towels for everyone - they only arrived on the last night. This was quite unpleasant. Although the responses to messages were quick, resolving the issue itself was slow and frustrating. The apartment is also very noisy. Even on the 9th floor, the traffic can be clearly heard, especially the tram. I also inquired about early check-in, but the communication went in circles, and only later it became clear that it was possible for an additional fee. This could have been communicated more clearly from the beginning. If more attention is paid to these aspects, it could significantly improve the overall customer experience.
