Location.
The place smelt of cooking on arrival, the matress was comfortable but the bed frame was noisy and squeaky every time you turned. The sounds from the next door owners were clear and disrupting. Dog barking on occasion and footsteps on the flooring and TV noise from above. Overall ok but not value for money.

Everything 😊 lovely prooerty an great location, onwers of the property were fab!!
Had a slight issue with floor not hovered that welk but client came up straight away an re hoovered!! Very attentive
