Car parking space. Outside area. Tram right outside the door and supermarket literally just across the road. Nice restaurant nearby - Fellini’s.

This is the perfect apartment for a short stay for 1 person or a couple in the Bordeaux area. The apartment is spotlessly clean. The furnishings are stylish and the loggia is wonderful. While the apartment is in Begles (right outsidee of Bordeaux proper), the tram and the bus both stop literally right outside the apartment building. The full kitchen with washing machine is well designed and very convenient. The wifi is super fast and while the only TV is in the bedroom, I was able to watch all of the streaming services without any issues. There is a grocery store across the street and a couple of very good local restaurants within easy walking distance. If you are planning to visit Bordeaux and want a convenient place to drop your stuff while you are out exploring the city, and then to come back to at night to rest while you can make plans for the next day, you will love it here!

A few things to consider: 1) The apartment is up 2 floors and the elevator did not work the entire month I was there. If mobility is an issue, check with the hosts if the elevator is working. 2) The way the shower is designed, the water from the shower runs right onto the bathroom floor every time. 3) I was here in Feb-March and there were some sunny days when I needed to open a window. As there is no air conditioning, I think it probably gets very warm in the apartment in the summer. 4) While not required, for guests who are staying for more than a few days, some basic and inexpensive additions (eg: a bottle of water in the fridge for guests at arrival, a bottle of dishwashing detergent, a cleaning spray for the bathroom and kitchen, a roll of trash bags, a normal sized ice tray, a lightweight blanket, and a bed pillow that doesn't feel like a box of kitchen sponges thrown into a bag) would have been appreciated. 5) The apartment seems to be managed by a team of people. They were generally very responsive but sometimes they gave conflicting answers to questions. Most of this has been mentioned in other reviews and it should not deter you from considering this apartment for your stay.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement lumineux, bien équipé et bien situé avec le tramway au pied de l'immeuble pour accéder au centre ville rapidement. Victor s'est montré réactif et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons vivement ce logis.
