Spectacular view of Las Vistas beach & ocean

The property was wonderful. Nicely decorated, well equipped, clean, modern and in a great location near the beach and shops. The rooftop pool area was amazing.

Could have done with a couple of small side tables to put drinks on while sat on the sofa.

Everything was at the highest level: the apartment itself, the location, the ease of getting the keys, and the check-in process. The apartment has absolutely everything needed for a fairly long stay — appliances, a wide variety of dishes, a coffee maker, kettle, baking dishes, a large refrigerator, and even tea, coffee, and spices. During the stay, there wasn’t a single moment when we felt something was missing. There is a large balcony terrace with a view of the ocean and the mountains. The firm, comfortable mattress also deserves a special mention. Nearby, there is a large beach and a central street with various shops. The apartment fully matches the photos and description.

During strong winds, there is a slight sewage smell in the bathroom.

Newly renovated apartment,furniture,enough linens,etc. in like-new condition and good quality and clean. Excellenz Wi-fi,large comfortable shower. Good ventilation possible(also a window in the bedroom),bathroom and kitchen with good exhaust fan available. Quiet residential complex with pool and terrace,peaceful surroundings. We also easy converted living.room.sofa to a comfortable bed.
