The apartment was clean and comfortably furnished, and it had everything you might need during your stay - from a wine opener to a washing machine. There are many free parking spaces available near the complex, and the nearest restaurants and shops can be reached on foot within 7 minutes. The apartment is located on a hill, but not too high, so walking back was not exhausting. The pool water is quite warm, making it pleasant to swim even in the evenings when the air cools down.

The sound insulation from the neighbors could be better.

Accueil très chaleureux par la concierge qui prend le temps de tout nous expliquer. L'appartement bien que petit, est très bien aménagé pour que l'on ne sente pas à l'étroit. Beaucoup de rangements.

Appartement situé dans un complexe de logements plutôt calme (bien que l'on entende très tard le soir les chaises et discussions des voisins au dessus). Des cafards errent dans l'appartement et créent un petit bruit la nuit toutes le 20 secondes.

Basta un po' di attenzione per migliorare. PULIZIA :Molta polvere sui pavimenti. Appena arrivata mi è caduto un cuscino e l ho raccolto sporco. Ho spazzato pavimenti, sbattuto le pedane. Avrei voluto usare la lavatrice, ma c'erano residui del bucato precedente. ILLUMINAZIONE :il monolocale è una porzione di un appartamento più grande, la luce a soffitto è comandata da un interruttore temporizzato e dopo pochi minuti si spegne. Quando si entra dall esterno bisogna accendere tanti interruttori di diversi punti luce sparsi dietro al divano o sulla tavola. Oppure si accendono le luci del bagno e si lascia la porta aperta. 😒 DIVANO LETTO: scomodo trasformarlo in letto. Materassi appena sufficienti. Armadio è grande, ma è pieno di coperte e cuscini, 2 ante sono bloccate. Per noi che viaggiamo con bagagli minimal non è stato un problema e abbiamo avuto spazio a sufficienza. MICROONDE: è posizionato su una mensola molto in alto e i comandi si trovano sulla parte superiore. Bisogna andare in piedi sulla seggiola per poterlo usare.
