This apartment is in a great location. The property was clean and the host provided detailed instructions for check in/out and was responsive to messaging questions/requests. Towels, linens and kitchen necessities were all supplied, We had a great two day stay and would definitely rent the unit out again.
Not dislikes for us but, items anyone renting this unit need to be aware of. There are three flights of stairs to climb to access the apartment. If you have mobility issues you might want to find another apartment. Also, the bedrooms (one downstairs, one upstairs) are street front so, if you are not accustomed to urban street noise you may want to bring ear plugs - although the neighborhood was pretty quiet overnight for being in downtown Philly. Finally, the bathroom is upstairs and the stairs are steep so - make sure the "old folks" get the upstairs bedroom for those middle of the night bathroom trips! :-)

Great location. Much more comfortable for 3 of us than a hotel room.
The apartment is great but be prepared to walk up three flights of stairs.
