Big apartment with very poor management. Not reccomend it
Nothing. The apartment is big and not far from city center, but unfortunatelly, it is here all end up
1) As a guest you dont feel welcome there. Unlike many other places their check in start from 16h. We asked if we can check in a bit earlier at about 15h or so,then the manager replay that you need to pay 399dkk. The night before we were going to chech out, we got message how important is that we leave the apartment latest at 10h. And i dont think it is nessasary to show that you a money machine. Most of guests know what the check out time is.
2) We feel we was threat with no respect. We booked for 5 people, I asked if we can get 3, or at least 2 set of keys. And guess what answer we got- No answer, when we arrive at 16h on the check in day it was difficult to find the key box, and when we opened it, it was only one set of keys, which made our stay very inconvenience. The apartment was on the 2floor without lift, on the check in instructions was written 1floor, which was not big problem for us, but maybe for people who dont want to climb stairs with heavy luggages.
3) Inside the apartment:
the living room- sofa and chairs are really bad.I never tried so hard sofa and sofa chair in my life. It is hard like stone. You can not really use it for nothing. So you need to lay in your bed in the evening. No comfort at all.
Tv is not working at all. It was down on the floor and not connected. And could not be connected, cause it needs antenne cable to connect.
The kitchen- there was knifes, forkes,and this kind of things, but nothing else- no coffee or tea, no sugar, salt or pepper,oil,no kitchen rule, no wipe piece, dish cloth, soap, washing liquid. And it was dirty inside the drawers. We didnt need the kitchen for cooking, but maybe it is good to know if somebody need it.
the bedrooms- uncomfortable beds, and the cleaning in genaral was not good. In both bathrooms was only one toilet paper in each one, so 2 toilets paper rules for 5 people for the whole stay. we looked everywhere, and open everything in this apartment, but I could not find anything.

Architektonisch sehr hübsche Wohnung
Leider viele Nachteile: eins der 2 Bäder war wegen Gestank (und ich bin nicht empfindlich) unbenutzbar, außer einem Fenster im Wohnzimmer kann man kein anderes Fenster öffnen, kaputte oder noch nicht montierte Möbel, das ganze Treppenhaus nach Baustelle, außer einer kleinen Lampe keine Beleuchtung in den Schlafzimmern.
