Great location. You Can walk everywhere and it is safe. The apartment is super cozy and clean. No noices. AC works perfect. Kitchen perfect. Everything perfect.

Very conveniently located. Lots of nearby restaurants and close to Rittenhouse Park. It was perfect for our Center City overnight.

The studio had everything you could wish for, especially considering the price!
The water pressure is very low, making showing less comfortable.

The location was good, with many buses stopping on Walnut Street, making it easy to get around. Having a 7/11 store right next door was very convenient, especially for a quick morning coffee and donut. The room had enough space for luggage and to move around comfortably, and the bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was quite cold, as the insulation didn’t seem adequate and the room’s A/C couldn’t heat it properly. The water pressure was also low. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a few basic kitchen amenities available, such as coffee, salt, pepper, and oil.
