The mattress had a dent in it. Didnt hinder sleep much but a new mattress would improve the rating.

The room is extremely well maintained and has all the amenities you could need. The mattress is exactly right firmness. I felt I had a Goldilocks moment, lol. I was pleasantly surprised. I 100% recommend this to anyone looking to stay near the city centre.
Finding the keys is like an escape room quest - that’s also fun!
There should be a calling number or the text I responded should be faster. But it’s not a big problem the responses did come within few minutes.

Location was good
Then the entrance was in an alley where sometimes the trash was blocking the door…not fully clean. I found some large hairs in the shower….and it was like an air machine or something that was noisy at night.
