Sicuramente l'appartamento è abbastanza grande per una famiglia di tre persone e in effetti si vede la baia dal quarto piano.

Attenzione, nel palazzo manca l'ascensore e questo è un problema non da poco per chi ha bagagli pesanti o una certa età. Discutibile, poi, l'assenza di un contatto diretto con il proprietario.... abbiamo provato più volte a stabilire un contatto ma invano: solo risposte automatiche. Alcuni elettrodomestici risultavano inutilizzabili, purtroppo...tipo l'asciugatrice.

Großes helles Appartement mit guter Küchenausstattung sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner. Gutes WiFi. Bett war ok. Sehr guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Man kann gut durchlüften. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem nicht so guten Viertel und es ist laut im Haus. Die Rückseite (Küche) liegt direkt an der Nationalstraße. Morgens scheint dort die Sonne rein und es gibt keine Rolläden oder Vorhänge, sodass es dort im Sommer ziemlich warm wird. Keine Nachttische und keine Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer. Der Rolladen im Schlafzimmer ist kaputt. Der Titel "Bay View" passt nicht so recht... Das Appartement liegt im 4. Stock, aber es gibt keinen Aufzug.

We stayed in the apartment on the 4th floor. The beds were very comfortable, although one of them was missing a bedsheet. The kitchen was well equipped, but there were a couple of issues: there was no wine opener, and the brand-new frying pan had a broken handle. The Wi-Fi worked well.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. The toilet bowl was unstable and leaking. The bathroom mat smelled bad and seemed not to have been washed. In addition, the water drained very slowly from the bathtub, so the drain probably needs to be unclogged.

Déjà à l'arrivée pour récupérer les clés, l'interphone ne fonctionner pas. Nous sommes rentrés grâce à une personne qui rentrés dans l'immeuble. L'appartement ce situe au 4ème étage,les commerces et plages non accessibles à pied. Pas de volets dans la chambre, bruyant car à côté du périphérique. Les couettes et oreillets sales. 2chaises dont une à moitié cassé. La cuisine pad de cafetière, aucun saladier ni plat ni cuillère à café et pas de volets Apporter les vôtres. Le four ne fonctionne pas. Point très négatif dans la salle de bain, très mauvaise odeur dégoût et la crasse. Obligé de nettoyer et débouchés le lavabo. Que fait le service de nettoyage. La conciergerie appeller 2 fois et n'es jamais passé constater.
