It was clean, able to park my motorbike, and had a good deal on my stopover from Cao Bang back to Hanoi. The staff at the time Jan 2026 was a group of young men and a woman who were nice. Quite cold with some warm water but the AC unit's heating function wasn't working.
I wasn't there long enough to have any issues, as I was stopping for a night on my way back to Hanoi. However, the room was huge, so I never felt cramped. But I'd like to try the area again if I had more time on a separate trip in the Northeast of Vietnam.
