The place is simply awesome. Bigger than it looks on photos, you have whole house with big garden just for yourself. In the garden box one can find everything necessary for proper beach experience on Sanibel (including a big tent!). Perfect location, close to everything and bike rental just across the street. We were just 4, however I believe 6 person can be accommodated with ease. This was our second trip to Florida and by far best experience!
