Idéalement placé dans le centre de Rochefort, ce magnifique appartement récemment refait à neuf est très confortable et ses hôtes Sabine et Yvan sont très sympathiques, arrangeants et à l’écoute.

Remarquable propreté du logement. Situation géographique en plein centre ville. équipements diversifiés. Rénovation récente du logement. Propriétaires très attentionnés qui nous ont proposé un rafraîchisseur.
Manque des rideaux dans le salon (auraient été apprécié car nous étions en période de forte chaleur). Les interrupteurs (en particulier celui des WC) sont d'un fonctionnement parfois aléatoire et spontanément peu aisé en raison du temps de latence entre l'appui sur le bouton et l'allumage ou l'extinction de la lumière. la lumière de la buanderie se déclenche même porte fermée (peut-être un petit réglage à voir).

L'emplacement est excellent. Avec la belle surprise de trouver un magnifique marché devant la porte le samedi matin
Éviter de se garer dans la rue (payant / marché du samedi). Il y a un énorme parking gratuit a 5 min.
