Villa Equador is a splendid contemporary villa set in picture-worthy scenery. Located in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from Cascais, this gorgeous property accommodates up to 10 guests, with its sights on bringing quality time to the holidaymakers.
The interior with a kitchen, living, and dining room in an open concept, not only showcases a spacious 100 sqm area but also a space to gaze at the exterior and its beautiful surroundings, made possible by its large windows. A games room with a snooker table, football table, and lounge area make a wonderful addition to this holiday home.
The exterior with a large infinity pool 12 m x 5 m extending to a mesmerizing sea view, offers a great excuse not to stay indoors. A manicured garden with a large koi fish pond and original artwork, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue come to complete this divine property.
Artwork by renowned world-class artists who present their work at museums like the Met in New York or Victoria & Albert Museum in London are present in this home.
All furniture was custom-made by artisans to fit the Villa design.

Due to the high quality of the softwood floor, the villa owner kindly requests that guests do not wear shoes inside the villa and that suitcases are handled with care to avoid scratching the floor.
Depending on weather conditions, the pool heating may take 2 to 5 days to reach the required temperature. For this reason, a time window is necessary when requesting this extra.

The The villa is beautiful, well-maintained, large, bright and inviting, and the view, I have no words to describe its beauty and power. Simply amazing.

The villa does not consider small children, especially on the two flights of stairs that do not have railings, which was a danger. The flow in the bathtubs is very weak and there was always a lack of hot water to take a fun shower. There are no screens on the doors and there are lots of mosquitoes.

Breathtaking views.
The Villa is in a beautiful position overlooking Guincho beach, it’s so hard to capture how breath taking the view is. The pool is large and perfect for us who all love to swim lengths morning and early evening. The Villa is incredibly spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking here. There is a full sized snooker table which we enjoyed on many an evening. In addition the owner offers many other activities which can be arranged from electric bikes to private yoga sessions.

We had a great time at the villa. Very nice surroundigs and beautiful hike to the beach. Not far from Cascais. Very friendly housekeeper and owner of the villa.

Amazing views over Cascais and seaside. Hiking trails are amazing and varying from easy to extreme. Villa definitely has Wow effect, great office space for working and heated pool great plus. Own car needed as shops and restaurants far away.
