Little gem in Schiedam
Compact, comfortable and stylish studio close to the station and the town centre. Unfortunately the hot water pipe had frozen but Remco and Annemarie let us use another bathroom and treated us to coffee and Christmas stollen and a later checkout, so it didn't affect our stay at all.
A place is as good as its owners and the way they dealt with the lack of hot water was excellent. Maybe if you are a very light sleeper you may hear the tram (not going during the night) but the studio is well insulated and ear plugs were available. I would like to have been able to open the window in the bathroom to get some fresh air in, but to be fair I did not check if that was possible or not as it was quite high up.

Leuk huisje, rustige ligging en alle nodige voorzieningen. Vriendelijke uitbater. Ook vlakbij het station (maar je hoort geen trein of tram)
