The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the pool area was relaxing and clean.

The road getting to the property was very bad and made the walk to the grocery store out of the complex difficult and not favorable.

Wow! The view! We went to several places and our room hands down had the best sunset. The decor was so cool! I want that designer to decorate my home. Every piece was super cool, boho but modern, cozy, earthy, wabi sabi- Tulum decor style. Loved it! It was a vibe. Everyone on my stories kept asking to know where we stayed. The location was super good as well. We were a 10 minute drive away from the marina were you do many of the boat excursions, and pretty close to el malecón as well. There are a couple of restaurants around and a Soriana supermarket a block away so you can buy food and things you might need. We did get a few things to have breakfast there and it was so cool waking up to that view and eating in the balcony. I think it’s a brand new hotel, everything is spotless. The pools are clean, and have that infinity pool look. The gym has an amazing view as well. If you are in between hotels, do yourself a favor and book this one!

Nothing with our room/reservation, but it does suck that having two jacuzzis in the property, neither is kid friendly. I agree, there should be one exclusively for adults only but both? Also, hopefully they sell food/beverages soon. I know it’s still brand new and they said it’s coming soon. :)
