We loved the apartment itself and the location. The facilities were good. It could have been perfect if the air conditioning was better and there was AC in each bedroom as it was too hot inside - it was cooler outdoors.
It was way too hot the whole time. The air conditioning didn't cool the room, and the bedrooms only had ceiling fans which circulated hot air and it was therefore way too hot to sleep or to spend any time in the bedrooms. We tried everything, opening the windows and fan on high, window closed and air con on but it didn't reach the bedrooms. It was such a shame as everything else was lovely.

It looks newly renovated and is beautifully styled. The attention to detail to make your stay feel like a home away from home was exceptional (I won’t spoil the surprises). They have a thoughtful supply of cleaning products and snacks for guests who can’t get to the shops before arriving. The Atrium gardens and pool areas were well maintained and clean. The host I spoke with briefly on the phone was lovely. I would have given a higher rating for staff had I met them in person.
There’s only ceiling fans in the bedrooms, no air conditioning, and you can’t have the windows open at night due to voices echoing through the atrium. There are also 5 stairs up to the apartment level which made it difficult for transporting belongings on trolleys. The kitchen is tiny and the bin was hard to access in the cupboard, however, the apartment was lovely with only a few rectifiable cleaning issues.

Had everything a family could need! Clean tidy and modern. They were thoughtful about guest and left things like some snacks, beach toys, games etc. they checked in to see if I needed anything else.
