Charming 1 BR Oceanview Condo for 4! Ocean Reef 825

This unit is in ocean reef resort . I love the resort itself it’s one of the better budget friendly ocean front resorts on the strip. The amenities always seem to be up and running lobby clean and fresh smell and the lobby bathrooms were surprisingly well kept. The unit 825 upon entry was presented very bright and clean smelling I reallllyyyy appreciated the bed sheets and pillowcases being crisp white and starched lol. The unit was spacious but perfect for a couple .:The views were spectacular from both rooms. The tvs are smart which I appreciated, you have a washer dryer, stove , microwave and small refrigerator perfect amenities. I would definitely stay again hopefully they fix the AC thermostat..

My only real complaint about unit 825 which is not managed by ocean reef resort but by another management company was that we reached out after realizing that the thermostat would not cool the room any lower than 77 degrees! mind you it was 76 when we arrived we so it went up ! The management company pretty much strung us along after asking us if we would allow them to come in if we weren’t there, of course we would! They never came and we spent our three nights uncomfortable and sweating at night and while getting dressed it’s summer time at the beach also mind you so yes did not appreciate that . The curtains could use some oil or something very hard to pull in the front room . The bathtub definitely wasn’t washed ( they never are) I used a fork and noticed the silverware were soiled . Other than the temperature disaster those were minor things I noticed among other minor things . The door is heavy so don’t think it doesn’t open just use some muscle.
