Good facilities overall. However, the swimming pool was not well maintained as it was dirty and had algae. The two queen-size beds were a great plus, and the self-check-in process was very convenient.

What I disliked most was the host’s poor communication and slow response. My check-in time was at 3:00 PM, but there was no update or check-in information provided beforehand. The host should have contacted guests and shared the check-in instructions at least an hour before arrival, or on the day of check-in. Instead, I had to message and call multiple times to ask for the details myself. To make matters worse, after I had already arrived for check-in, I was informed that I had to wait until 3:30 PM due to a leaking pipe issue. When I informed the host about my check-out, there was no response apart from a “seen” message. Overall, the customer service was disappointing and not guest-friendly.

The homestay is studio apartment. The place is clean, Good facilities like free wifi, two queen bed and kitchen facilities.The property is near Kuantan.
