The place was beautiful!!! Tons of space, full canopy above, so lots of shade. It was quiet and dark. You could almost see the Milky Way. Accommodated with chairs around campfire, a grill, picnic table, benches, and lots of electrical hookups. All in all, it was a beautiful spot at a great price. The surrounding sites were far enough away and had plenty of privacy. The staff were friendly and made everything simple, quick text to check in and out. No unnecessary bs. Will definitely be going again!
Wasn't an issue for us with 4wd but the drive up to the site was a little steep and dirt/gravel driveway. Location was about 12-15min away from the main hiking areas but worked out great because it was halfway between the closest town with Walmart, Kroger, and mcds and such.

We chose a weekend believe the weather was going to be good but it ended up being very cold the property was perfect.
