Ruiting Hotel Canton Tower Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Center

The property was really close to the Canton fair and the various tourist attractions. The hotel is central and is extremely well maintained. The staff is even better. Mr Lee is the manager of the hotel and has served me with such care and respect, it would be hard to find this anywhere else. He has moved me and has been a great help during my 2 week stay. This hotel and its staff has been beyond superb and if it were possible to give a higher score, I would do so.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un séjour exceptionnel, bien au-delà de nos attentes ! Un hôtel où l’on se sent comme chez soi, grâce à un manager absolument remarquable ! Nous avons séjourné plus de 18 jours à l’hôtel Rui, à Guangzhou, et nous pouvons affirmer sans hésitation que notre expérience a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Tout était parfait ! Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien entretenues. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, à seulement 6 minutes à pied du métro, ce qui facilite considérablement les déplacements. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, avec une attention particulière portée à nos préférences et à nos demandes. Mais ce qui rend cet établissement véritablement unique, c’est son manager, Monsieur Lee, un homme d’une gentillesse, d’une disponibilité et d’un professionnalisme absolument remarquables. Dès notre arrivée à l’aéroport, Monsieur Lee a pris soin de nous, et son attention ne s’est jamais relâchée pendant nos 18 jours de séjour. Il nous a accompagnés et conseillés dans tous les aspects de notre voyage : nos déplacements, nos séances de shopping, nos rendez-vous professionnels, nos découvertes culinaires et nos activités personnelles. Il a toujours trouvé des solutions, anticipé nos besoins et fait bien plus que ce que l’on pourrait attendre d’un manager d’hôtel. Et le plus incroyable, c’est que son dévouement ne s’est pas arrêté à notre départ ! Même après avoir quitté son établissement, il a continué à nous assister dans l’organisation de nos transports et de nos taxis, jusqu’à notre dernière nuit à Hong Kong. Au-delà de ses qualités professionnelles, nous avons découvert un homme profondément humain, généreux, doté d’un état d’esprit extrêmement positif et d’un véritable sens du service. Monsieur Lee ne se contente pas de gérer un hôtel : il prend sincèrement soin des personnes qu’il accueille.

L’hôtel était absolument parfait et nous n’avons rien à lui reprocher. Le seul petit désagrément venait du comportement de certains clients qui manquaient parfois de civisme et de respect envers les autres voyageurs. Cela ne relève évidemment pas de la responsabilité de l’établissement et n’a en rien diminué notre satisfaction. Nous tenons à souligner que cette remarque ne concerne ni la qualité de l’hôtel, ni son personnel, dont le professionnalisme et l’attention ont été irréprochables tout au long de notre séjour.

Having travelled to different places, I can honestly say that the level of care and attention I received here was something special. Mr Lee is an absolute top guy! What really stood out to me was his dedication to his guests. He works incredibly long hours and goes above and beyond to accommodate requests, answer questions, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and looked after. You can genuinely see that he takes pride in what he does and cares about the people staying at his hotel. The customer service is next level. Whether you need assistance, have a special request, or simply need someone willing to go the extra mile to help you, Mr Lee does his best to make it happen. That personal touch makes a huge difference, especially when travelling in a city like Guangzhou, where having someone helpful and reliable can make your entire trip much easier and more enjoyable. What I appreciated most was that the hospitality felt genuine. It wasn't just about providing a room; it was about making guests feel welcome and ensuring their stay was as smooth as possible. That kind of dedication is rare and deserves to be recognised. If you're visiting Guangzhou, particularly for business or the Canton Fair, I would definitely recommend considering Ruiting Hotel. Having an owner who is so approachable, hardworking, and committed to his guests adds tremendous value to your stay.
