Propriétaire très réactif et courtois. De plus, rien à redire sur les locaux, ils sont conformes aux photos et à la description de l’annonce.

Bon contact avec le loueur. ATTENTION : il vous faudra préalablement signer un contrat de bail en ligne, ET déposer une garantie par carte bancaire en ligne (300 €) Le studio au rez-de-chaussée est spacieux, bien équipé et bien décoré. La literie est confortable.
Réglé au maximum, le radiateur de la pièce principale est à peine tiède (impossible de forcer le fonctionnement au delà). Il faut donc chauffer l'ensemble du studio par le radiateur de la salle de bain qui fonctionne bien. Dans ces conditions, une couverture supplémentaire serait bienvenue l'hiver.

Le petit paillasson qui glisse sur le sol a l entrée ! Rien de grave mais attention quand même à la chute 😌
