Great location, close to John Wayne airport and easy freeway access to the rest of LA/Orange County. Lovely modern apartment. Great off street parking. Great facilities at the apartment block.
Main bed mattress was too soft for our liking.

I liked that it was fairly new
I didn't like that they put insufficient toilet paper on us, that the nearby elevator was out of service and they didn't repair it during those days, the jacuzzi also didn't work and neither did the fire pit in the common facilities. What I liked the least is that the owner staff overwhelmed me with messages during the stay and also wanted to contact me directly and get my personal data such as email, credit card, etc. They asked me for a video and a photo when I left the key in the locker and they asked me to upload it to the booking platform and that was not possible so they tried to send it through my personal email. They were very intense and complicated with the messages during the stay and that is not what we were looking for during those days.
