Everything! Great apartment. Spotless clean. The most comfortable bed ever! Lovely arrival basket. Staff were super helpful and on hand to reply to msgs with any queries. Checked in via text to ensure we were ok etc. just a really lovely overall experience with them.

Location was good
Ground floor apartment( this was not communicated at time of booking) , no dryer in laundry, balcony was full of sand when we checked in. Showers leaking all over floor, had to use towels to soak up water. When asking for fresh towels they wanted to charge money, so we had to keep washing and hanging to dry.
