First and foremost, my big compliments to the staff! I lost my phone during my stay in Shanghai and they helped me a lot with finding and getting it back eventually! I could not thank them enough. Super friendly, fun and patient. The room was also amazing! Very spacious and clean. The lobby downstairs is a great place to meet people, you can get snacks from the fridges and can even order things online to the hotel. There is a noodle restaurant in the lobby aswell, great food!
Compared to my last stay at people square it felt a bit far from the touristy attractions. The metro is about an 11min walk, not too bad. I ended up mostly taking didi’s though. The rest totally makes up for it though!
